Medical weight loss that works with your body
GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide help regulate appetite, reduce cravings and support steady fat loss. Your plan is guided by a licensed provider and delivered to your door.
- No insurance needed
- Any dose, same price

Less hunger. Fewer cravings. Real progress.
Originally developed to manage type 2 diabetes, GLP-1 medications mimic hormones your body already makes after you eat. They tell your brain you’re full, slow how quickly your stomach empties and help keep blood sugar steady.
The result: smaller portions feel satisfying, food noise quiets down and healthy habits finally stick. Many patients notice a smaller appetite within the first few weeks.
Weight gain during menopause is common, and it isn’t a willpower problem. With the right medication and support, you can take back control.

Safety comes first
GLP-1 medications are not right for everyone. Your provider will review your full health history before prescribing. They are generally not prescribed if you:
- Have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2 (multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2)
- Are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have a history of pancreatitis, or certain stomach or gallbladder conditions
- Are allergic to semaglutide, tirzepatide or any ingredient in the medication
The most common side effects are mild stomach issues such as nausea, constipation or diarrhea, usually early on or after a dose increase. Your provider starts you on a low dose and increases it slowly to keep you comfortable.

Weight loss FAQs
How much weight can I expect to lose?
Everyone is different. Most people notice a smaller appetite in the first few weeks, with steady weight loss over the following months when medication is paired with balanced eating and movement. Your provider will set realistic goals with you.
Does the price go up as my dose increases?
No. Plans are the same price at any dose. Some higher doses on 3-, 4- and 5-month extended plans carry an extra per-vial charge, and you’ll always see the total before you pay.
Do I have to give myself injections?
Injections are once a week with a very small needle, and you’ll get step-by-step instructions.
What if I'm not approved?
If a provider decides treatment isn’t right for you, you won’t be charged for medication. See our FAQs for full refund details.
Can I switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide?
Yes. Many patients start with semaglutide and switch if they plateau. Just message your provider before your next refill.
