Founded by a nurse practitioner with 30+ years in healthcare
Pure Gold Health & Wellness was founded by Andrea Gold, a certified nurse practitioner living in Colorado. Over more than three decades in healthcare, Andrea saw how often people put their own health last. Busy schedules, long waits and high costs kept them from getting help for weight, hormones, energy and confidence.
She started Pure Gold to change that. Today our patients connect with licensed providers online, get a plan built around them and receive treatment at home, without waiting rooms or pharmacy lines.

Licensed providers and state-licensed pharmacies
Pure Gold is a wellness platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers. Doctors and nurse practitioners in our network are licensed in the states where they practice and experienced in telehealth.
Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies prepare medication for individual patients, are regulated by their state boards of pharmacy and follow United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards.
